Here the wool is put into the tromper. The big white squares are the bales of pressed wool. They weigh between 350 to 400 Pounds. We will have about 50 bales of wool when we are done.
Angie, Holy moly that is a lot of wool! By the way we love our wool blanket you guys gave us:) We didn't even know you had a blog until Scott's mom told us...Lane didn't mention it to Scott...boys! This is great...and I love the song! Now I just need to get started with something like this, you are so good. The kids look awesome! As do you and Lane:) Take care, Love, Danielle & Scott Tucker:) xoxo
Lane and I have been blessed with three beautiful children. Cooper is almost 11 and in the 5th grade, Madelaine is 3 years old and the boss of the house. Sophia is 1year old and is so happy all the time. After working in the Medical field for 10 years, we decided I would be a stay at home mom. We have been blessed that we are able to continue to do that with the economy as it is. I help on the ranch when needed and am the Ranch Secretary. So I have plenty to keep me busy. Sometimes I actually miss 14 hour shifts that ended up being 16 hour days with my commute.
For Christmas this year we got a new puppy. He is an Old English Sheepdog named Clark. We are running the sheep ranch and have 2500 ewes and about 20+ working/guard dogs.
