The sheep go into the shack to get sheared. The wool comes out the side after it's sheared off. The wool grader puts it into different grades(fine, corse, black, belly are some).
Lane and I have been blessed with three beautiful children. Cooper is almost 11 and in the 5th grade, Madelaine is 3 years old and the boss of the house. Sophia is 1year old and is so happy all the time. After working in the Medical field for 10 years, we decided I would be a stay at home mom. We have been blessed that we are able to continue to do that with the economy as it is. I help on the ranch when needed and am the Ranch Secretary. So I have plenty to keep me busy. Sometimes I actually miss 14 hour shifts that ended up being 16 hour days with my commute.
For Christmas this year we got a new puppy. He is an Old English Sheepdog named Clark. We are running the sheep ranch and have 2500 ewes and about 20+ working/guard dogs.
I keep reading but not posting so here is my comment so you know I am keeping up with the funny farm.
